If you would like to bring a small point and shoot to quickly and discreetly take a photo of the groom and bride and maybe the kiss that is great. Or better yet turn the volume off on your phone and use the camera on it.

During the ceremony pay close attention to the professional photographer. where is he/she standing – or they standing squatting lying on the sand? Are they moving fast to capture a quick smile or slowing “grabbing” every emotion.
